Mike tyson was born in 30 june 1966 and became the heavy weight champion at the age of 20. He was known for his strong punches that could knock out any  boxer.

Mike tyson training
      To train like mike tyson you need a very strong will power because his training and routine is gonna be the hardest one.
Here are mike tyson's trainin.

Mike tyson wakes up at 4:00 am and goes for a run of 1 hour long keep in mind that mike tyson never stoped on his schedule. 

After a little nap mike tyson wakes up again at 10:00 am where he does his breakfast, his breakfast consists of vitamins and proteins. 

At 12:00 pm mike goes to gym and does some training in order to be fit. He did these trainings. 
. Incline sit-ups 
. Push-ups 
. Shoulder shrugs. 

At 2:00 pm he does his lunch which consists of healthy meal. 

At 3:00 pm he agin goes to gym and do a certain amout of training. 
. 500 push-ups 
. 500 dips
. 1000 shrugs
.1000 squats
. 1000 sit-ups 
He never skips any of these trainings.

After all these trainings it still does not end because be

fore the end of the day mike tyson does cycling for an hour. 

Keep in mind that these all trainings are only his strength trainings he still had to work on his speed and fighting style which is hard to say. 
But anyway is these was the trainings and routine of mike tyson.
